Gallery Gachet is one of six local arts organizations that have been selected to participate in the NEXT Generation Arts Leadership (NGAL) program, administered by the Centre for Non-for-Profit Sustainability, and funded by the BC Arts Council, the Capital Regional District, City of Vancouver, and the Vancouver Foundation.

NGAL is intended to assist organizations to integrate improved leadership capabilities, to increase organizational balance, and build a community of arts leadership practice. The overall process will provide us with the tools to become a more sustainable organization.

How can you help?
Together, we must identify a project that addresses a need of our organization in relation to our long-term sustainability. Possible projects ? 1) addressing structural and communication challenges between collective and staff; 2) with our lease expiring at the end of 2012, we need a plan for identifying a new location.
