After reviewing 70 applicants from across Canada, the Collective is pleased to welcome Lianne Payne into the new staffing position of Administrator.

Lianne has served for eight years with the City of Surrey as it?s Public Art Coordinator. There she managed the implementation of the program, developed procedures, and facilitated dozens of public art projects. Lianne will also continue her role as part-time Administrator with PACE (Prostitution Alternatives Counselling & Education), an organization in the Downtown Eastside whose mandate is: by, with and for sex workers ? PACE promotes safer working conditions by reducing harm and isolation through education and support. During the 1990?s, Lianne was Director of Artcite, an artist-run centre in Windsor, ON.

Lianne is responsible for administering Gachet?s facilities, programs and services. Lianne joins the staff team of Executive Director, Irwin Oostindie, and Volunteer Coordinator, Ben Donoghue.

We look forward to Lianne?s support in achieving a new level of programming excellence and operational stability as the Collective launches our 15th Anniversary year.
