Gallery Gachet launches three months of exhibitions, performance art, art walks, and artist talks involving over 45 artists! The Work of Migration examines migration and trauma, while uncovering histories unspoken in the ?Canadian? identity. The programming is part of Anniversaries 07, a year-long project marking 1907, 1947, 1967, and 1997, symbolic historical moments for Asian migrants? struggle for justice in Canada.

Gallery Gachet is also collaborating with the LIVE Biennial of Performance Art, PAARC's SWARM8 Festival of Artist-Run Culture, The Community Art Network, Sinag Bayan, The Kalayaan Centre, and the Live in Public: Art of Engagement Symposium to launch these events.
